Hi JenSo sorry to hear this. GP letters need to be very specfic as to why a claimant cannot attend, just a request will not usually be taken notice ofBe all you can be, make every day count. Namaste

On the PIP assessment form was there any indications that he has violent behaviour? or was there anything in the evidence you sent to suggest any of this? If there was then they will not do a home visit because of this reason. If this isn't correct and his GP is supportive, which is seems like she is then ask her to ring the health assessment providers.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

@poppy123456 hi there was because it's the truth he gets frequent, out burst's of verbal & aggressive behaviour towards men.due to his past, suffers androphobia ( fear of men) which he can't control I have requested a female assessor but I can't guarantee his behaviour even them due to being strangers, he's very vunerable, just getting him there he'll be a mess.jen
