I have to write a letter for my pip court hearing. I have Bi-Polar Disorder. I am struggling with how to write the everyday difficulties I have.

I rang CAB about a month ago and they never got back in touch with me.

Rang C.A.B and they passed me on to Communicare. I can drop in tomorrow and someone will help me put a statement together.

I sent in more evidence to the DWP from years ago so they could get an overall picture of Mental Health Illness and they approved my claim. Thanks for your help guys x
