Hello everyone,
This weekend I'll have a rare evening mostly to myself and since it's been a long week, I fancied finding a few options for some boxsets. I have quite eclectic tastes, so I'm open to any and all suggestions. What do you watch on the box and what would you recommend?

Peaky blinders... getting very excited for the new series

Hi I'm a soap fan Corrie Emmerdale and Eastenders
-
Thanks for all the suggestions so far!
I've heard good things about Peaky Blinders and Grimm, so will have to check them out.
My other half never shuts up about Eastenders, so while I'm sure it's great, I'll probably give it a miss @Vanessa1968! Are there any other soaps you’re into?Community Manager

I am not into soaps, like crime and documentaries, but there are so may evenings when there is nothing to interest me. Have an amazon fire stick which is good, plenty to watch on there.

Emerald, eastenders, real housewives, line of duty, most crime series. The good fight. Series on amazon.
-
Line of duty was so good @debbiedo49! I liked silent witness as well. I have just started Game of Thrones... I know I'm so far behind!

Riverdale is the most recent thing to get me hooked, but its topic of choice lost me in Series 3. It just wasn't my thing.
Before that it was Zoo, which was epic for the first two seasons. And season 3 was terrible.Fibromyalgia, hearing aids, depression, anxiety, OCD -
oh so many to choose from...
Game of Thrones
Animal Kingdom
Chernobyl has been great too
Line of duty I loved
Killing Eve
And of course "House" one of my all-time favorites
and Dexter
that's to name but a few lol

I binge-watched Elite yesterday. That was good, but now I've run out of episodes, lol!

I've started watching Van Helsing, which is a little gory for me, but I'm going to stick with it a bit. And also Hemlock Grove.
Is anyone into The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina?
Also, I'm a big Star Trek fan.Fibromyalgia, hearing aids, depression, anxiety, OCD -
True Blood and Californication are worth a binge if you have loads of time. Hank Moody in Californication was my roll model which is probably why Im such a mess! Guffaw! Seriously good though and funny.

I hated Tru Blood the series loved the books though. I don't watch much tv I'm much more of book worm, but I do have to watch NCIS xxx
-
Not sure I have a favourite, I tend to prefer music to television but if pushed I would have to say:
Family Guy
American Dad
South Park
Veep
24
In the Thick of It
SVU Special Victims Unit

Something that always makes me laugh is The Big Bang Theory. I also enjoy reality programmes such as Goggle-Box and First Dates, as they are quite light-hearted too! I used to enjoy all the soaps, but got a bit fed-up with them so now just watch River City (Scottish soap). I'm a bit of a geek when it comes to political programmes and enjoy Question Time, This Week and Peston. One drama that I am enjoying at the moment is Gentleman Jack.Winner of the Scope New Volunteer Award 2019.

I haven't watched the final series of Big Bang either so don't worry,@Hart86. Still watching earlier episodes. I have heard about the Circle, but never watched it.Winner of the Scope New Volunteer Award 2019.
