    Hi @kerrpott
Welcome to the community. The priority services register (PSR) is a free and voluntary system that your energy supplier uses to ensure the correct support is given to its most vulnerable customers. It is a system designed and overseen by Ofgem to better ensure that individuals with special requirements have access to additional support from their energy supplier.

    Hi @kerrpott

Welcome to our online community/family ?

I’m one off a number off “Community Champion’s”

Yes I have been on the register for a number of years now.

This gives me the “peace of mind” to know that if anything goes “wrong” there is somebody that I can contact.

Please please let me know if there’s anything that I can help you with????

Hello @kerrpott   Pleased to meet you welcome.

Thank you for joining and sharing.

I am one of the team of community champions.  We guide, advise and help new members who join the forum.

The Priority Register I am on the scheme. Run by my  energy provider. It is good thing to have.  You can contact your energy provider.

They will explain it  to you.  You get things like bills large print, braille on CD on tape.  You can contact them and they will and do have specialist trained staff to help you understand your bills.

Some energy companies have this Most do.

Passwords for any one coming to visit you if they need to.

Will tell you before they arrive if they ever do.

Other aspects are The Warm Front Grant for Winter bills will Email you tell you or write to you.

Useful for vulnerable customers those who are disabled have mental illness or other conditions.

Have a look my suggestion at The Which Website has a lot on energy providers and what the best deals are.

    Hope that helps.

Please if you wish to ask anything else. Please get in touch. Some one will know from our community or a member of our team.

    Please take care.
