PIP Tribunal evidence

Hi everyone!

After 15 months of waiting, I called the HMCTS to see what's going on and my PIP tribunal looks to be around 5 weeks away.

Anyway, I'm getting all my evidence together and preparing myself but I can't work out how to send in my evidence.

Where do I send it? Do I just stick it in an envelope? Or should I add a letter?

Thank you!

    Hi,

Contact HMCTS and they will tell you where to send your evidence to. All areas are different. When sending the evidence make sure you put your name, NI number and Tribunal reference number on everything you send. You should also make sure it arrives no later than 10 days before the hearing date.

Please also be aware that they will only take into consideration what your condition was like at the time the decision was made. Any worsening of condition since that date won't be considered. Good luck.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
