We're headed to the new fully-accessible leisure centre and... measuring up for new carpets.   :# What about you @CockneyRebel?

I'm unblocking drains and trimming the hedge that is not the size of the Berlin wall. Very rock 'n roll.

We are going to a birthday party on a beach tomorrow. On Sunday we might see a movie after church. It depends on our schedule.

Today we went to church to pray. After that we met a friend for cool drinks in the garden. Now we are chilling at home with Netflix and wine.

This weekend I am having a catch up with a friend who I haven't seen for a few months... I have a feeling we will both have a lot to talk about. I'm also hoping the weather stays nice!

Does anyone else have any plans?

No because DD and DS are unwell again. It looks like a weekend of snuggling up on the couch watching movies and praying for a quick recovery. I had no plans for this weekend anyway.

Finally got my workshop up and running with two projects. A television unit and an upcycled car seat into a rocking chair. I will post pics of the completed works from the " Twisted Dreams" workshop when finished

That sounds brilliant CockneyRebel we cleaned out the garage and put an old keyboard and drums in and sockets for guitar amp. My 10 year old is starting a band with 2 friends and I just think the more I encourage and help him now the bigger bungalow I’ll get when he’s famous ?

Hello @Chloe_Scope Concerned not getting enough sleep .  Just a idea have a routine.

Plan for sleep not get stressed . Have relaxation before bedtime. Not have the worries and anxieties .

    I know never easy.

I also may I advise a suggestion make meals  with pulses and beans and certain those foods that contain tryptophan.

These are foods that are be able to send you to sleep an enzyme. In the foods.

These include Pasta whole meal .  After having a Pasta meal feel sleepy.
Plus anything like Turkey or Chicken .  Lean meat.

Lettuce sandwich know to work I believe as is Milk in the microwave not hot just a few seconds. With some Honey stirred in to the mug.

    Hope that helps.

My weekend did a Sunday Sweep and tidy up prepare the week ahead. Meal plans.

Some TV and some listening to the Radio.  On here a little while .

    Take care.

Much better. I managed to escape for 2 hours. I packed a lunch and left for two hours (all I ate were crisps and some fruit) alone. I went to my office to work. Before returning home I stopped by the post office to send off a letter and supermarket to do our weekly food shop. Now I feel unwell myself. So now I’m sipping hot tea in the bedroom alone with the door locked (my partner is entertaining them tonight).

Went to see my parents at the weekend.  Didn't do much, just relaxed in the garden with them as the weather was nice here for a change!  Did a couple of crosswords with my dad.  He is in the early stages of Dementia so good to keep his brain ticking!
