Contact DWP and ask if you can have an extension on you application sending in, I think you can have a 2 week extension.

You need to give at least 10 days for them to receive it and for it to be added to the computer. As wilko has advised, they will give you an extra 14 days to return it just ring DWP PIP.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help. -
I sent mine back next day by special delivery - for the cost it was worth it - they got it at 5am.

next day signed for delivery doesn't arrive with DWP any quicker than normal free posting. All it means is that it's been signed for by someone from Royal Mail and it could be anywhere. It's not classed as arriving until it's been added to the computer. My advice, save your money and just get proof of posting. So many people have sent post to DWP through next day delivery and it's still ended up getting lost... so much for the next day delivery.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
