Hi I got declined for pip only award 4 points because the lady at assment said I was on low dose medication ect I put my mr apeal in June how long is the wait time itis so stress full waiting making my mental health worse I have sent all medcail evidence in always my worker notice alot of errors she had put or should I say lies like she ticked I dont take medication but write in there am.on low dose

Hi,There's no time scales for any decision then guideline for the MR is about 10 weeks, some receive a decision in less than that, some take longer. It depends on backlog in your area.Most MR decisions remain the same so it's very likely you'll have to take it to Tribunal. Waiting times for Tribunal across most of the country is huge and some are waiting as long as 1 year for a hearing date. I'm afraid it can be a very lengthy process.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
