Hi just after some help
My disabled brother works 20hrs a week and was also receiving ESA,  this has now been stopped and he's now receiving PIP , My 83 year old mum looks after him and as she understood it the ESA paid his stamp,  so she is wondering is it now not being paid and if so what does she have to do
Thank you x

    Hi,

No, she doesn't need to pay this for him because it will be deducted from his pay.

But if he does not earn enough to pay NI it will not be being paid?  Threshold is around £8500 per year, so if he earns less than that he will not be paying NI

Hi @Sharonlloyd and welcome to the community. Do you know if your brother claims any other benefits aside from his PIP?
