I`m afraid this kind of weather is no good for me. My mystery condition has damaged my body`s thermostat. I cant cool down. I perform better in cooler weather. Back to bed soon...I am glad others can enjoy it. But keep hydrated yeh? xx

I'm sorry to hear that @pollyanna1052, unfortunately the heat isn't always a good thing! I hope you are able to have a restful afternoon and can feel a bit cooler soon!

global warming, and it's going to get worse, so better get used to it, some good air fans, keep widows open for better air flow, but blinds and curtains closed, so air temps in side are lowered out of the sun and drink plenty of cool drinks, not stone cold, alcohol make it's worse, and cool showers in the day time, or a cool bath, either way take care and stay in doors if you need to get out of the sun, myself not a sun lover, so on the pc as always, sad i know

Currently 30 degrees indoors, weather station showing a promise of rain, and 34 degrees in the shade of the patio. ? ☔

I'll take that and raise you a few degrees.

Currently 27C degrees here and that's way too hot for me. My sympathies to those who are experiencing anything higher.
Best wishes.

It was really uncomfortable last night though. Had to have the balcony door open with a desk fan positioned in it to draw the cooler air in and sit with a damp tea towel draped over my shoulders.
