I have osteoarthritis, can’t get about much, but have weathered the winter and kept my brain active and occupied. What do you think of my charity knits that I have offered to Dogs Trust at moment.

Good for you for keeping interests going, it's something I am no longer able to do.

2 dolls for friends grankids, 2 girls that argue if they haven’t got the same. So looks like I’ll need to adopt slightly different shades of same colour cloths to identify each doll or name them.
Just finished this week another hedgehog which I’m trying to find a way of turning into or attaching weight to for doorstops.
Plus + red dress and shoes ballerina.
Finding it hard to find any boy or ethnic doll patterns.
Then have Dinosaurs in line if I don’t get distracted.
Next batch will be for Christmas requests.
Think that will get me to Christmas? -

Just finished my granddaughters birthday present, a knitted hippo and a summer lishtweight jumper. Plus about 20 premie baby hats and on 2nd premie baby suit.
wrists have been playing up so think I’ll do some sewing. Alterations and changes. A skirt arrived I’d sent for the trousers but China product so assume it was out of stock in trousers but as I need to alter it. Chinese doesn’t seem to come up to British sizing especially shoes from WISH shopping Chanel but the material is lovely so worth doing. I hate making for myself from scratch.
Also top of swimsuit from last summer which I’m altering the boobs part because it’s too loose and I like the design.
Then holiday agh!!!!
what are you all doing to keep occupied.

Hello
I want to order some. How much are they? -
Wow @fab66 you are very talented. Amazing work you should be so proud and the end products are going to a good cause.

These are amazing @fab66!! Thank you for sharing them
To keep occupied I love to read and write. At the moment I am reading a book called 'Little Fires Everywhere' by Celeste Ng. It's been an incredible book that I can't seem to put down at the moment!Scope -
It`s great when you are so involved in a book and can`t put it down. I want to get back into reading. I read The Life of a Geisha earlier this year. It fascinated me.

@pollyanna1052, I too can find it hard to read at times. I've never heard of that book, but will have to take a look
We also have a thread called The Book Lounge if you're interested!Scope -
@fab66 Great work! Keep us posted with more updates.
With the heatwave I haven't been going out much, but to occupy myself I have been reading some crime/fictional crime books and reading another book on interactive games design for a computer program I have. -
We spent the day in the water. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we have had to postpone our trip to Brighton Pier until next week. So we went to Guildford Lido instead for swimming, and will probably go to Kingston tomorrow to see a film, or do some shopping and then have dinner there as well.
