in Mental health and wellbeing
I feel like a packet of crisps
Mix me up 
Because I am nice n spicy 
I don't like to jump thru a hula hoop
Because am skip 
I like a variety mix
But nothing salty 
Am Definitely a walker 
But no couch potato 
I like to be a quaver Curled up
Certainly no chicken 
Certainly no square 
I like to be a monster because I get in a pickle 
Definitely no crinkely or ridgit 
Because I like be to straight and clean
I don't like to be cut down 
Because am no bacon 
I certainly like to be sweet like curry hot and flamed and I huff and puff 
Because am feeling very cheesy over my pom pom bear 
Am definitely not a Chinese spare rib

    I certainly have to pick my randoms
    As I like to feel the juice explode 
    Am certainly no pick mix or a hobnob

    I like to suck on a polo mint 
    Definitely not a refresher
    Or am not apple tart 
    Am definitely a sticky pudding because am very sticky inlove 
    Because being a custard cream am very creamy inside 
    I like to wispa to say let's melt together 
    Cause I want to be your hero
    Take u around the curly wurly 
    Cause I want to celebrate with u
    Float around like a marshmallow 
    Because the timeout to go to sleep 
    Lying on candyfloss with u

    A mother who not well
    Today I saw her 
    She looks so different 
    I stood and saw her I started to cry 
    My mum hair not the same 
    Felt so sad to see her like that 
    What do I do 
    Gave my mum a hug 
    I gave her a kiss she smiled
    Mum u not happy 
    What else can I do
    Am lost and feeling hopeless 
    Am afraid for my mum welfare 
    Want to help my mum to
    But I need life to
    I want my mum settled 
    But mum need 24hr care 
    I feel sad I cry because mum is my mum 
    I don't want to leave her in her un happy place 
    I feel mum not cared for
    Mum was thirsty didn't get her drink made me angry 
    Mum said she not had her meds again made me angry 
    Gave mum artwork she was amazed 
    Mum looks so afraid and alone 
    I cried 
    I played a song at home mama I love u
    Mum doesn't look the same as when I saw her 
    Mum lost 2 stone am afraid mum isn't eating much 
    What do I do I decided to take action 
    Because I want my mum cared for
    Mum upset because she no money 
    All mum wants is to go home 
    But she stuck because no one there 
    But I want to fight to get my mum special care

    Fed up at moment. Bf still investigation. That lady Wednesday. Not had a good cry yet over mumi wrote email sent it yesterday to care home forgot to put mum name lady will know thou

    Hi @sam12, I have seen the post you have written about your mum, I'm sorry to hear she isn't been cared for as you had hoped. I hope they take note of what you have said and that her care can improve :)
