I live in the Warwickshire Area I was diagnosed with this condition one and a half years ago and I’m really struggling with it.
I would like to know what help I can receive and where do I go for advice, I’m in social housing and I am really struggling getting in and out of the shower as it is one that is over the bath, I am also struggling with the stairs.
any help or advice greatly received

Welcome to Scope!
Talk to your local council about adaptions. They will be able to help you. Also a OT can do a proper assessment. Don't forget to obtain a copy of the evaluation report so you can read their findings. DLF have a variety of equipment and aids designed to make life easier on their site. https://www.dlf.org.uk/
Alternatively research DFG as you may qualify for one. -
