Start i don't have a doctor. Plus they haven't clue about anything on withdrawal.

I spoke to them in past am not a addict this benzo withdrawal am. Over the severity still healing. I only wanted to know if fruit sugar is natural not cane sugar

The sugar in fruit is definitely different to the added and artificial sugar found in sweets and desserts etc. But if you've been told to avoid certain foods though it's always best to check with a medical professional.
