Hi,If your husband was the main claimant for the ESA then you will have to claim Universal credit. Unfortunately, there's no premiums available with UC. If you're unable to work you'll also need a fit/sick note from your GP to be able to claim UC.

To claim limited capability for work through UC you'll need sick note from your GP and a face to face assessment sometime in the future. -
Will I still be getting paid esa as new claim or will I be paid after the assasement decision

You won't be entitled to any ESA because you can't start a new claim. You were claiming ESA as part of a couple and your partner was the main claimant.Universal Credit has replaced income related ESA. https://www.turn2us.org.uk/Benefit-guides/Universal-Credit/What-is-Universal-CreditIf you need to claim for help with your rent it will be paid in with the UC as 1 monthly payment.
