Worst case scenario -made to work"!

As an example-If someone shows all the evidence of illness and symptoms..backed up by specialist after specialist..And UC more especially over pip....say they wont put you on lcwra.  How then,with the reality you cant work...can you work?

Wouldnt it be,that if forced into work youre unable to do..The employer would actually end up being a witness for you!..
Just to clarify.this is not me.
Im thinking of the broader picture, if the system totally fails a claimant...how on earth are they supposed to get to interviews....do the work etc...

    Hello @Tobias. Work search commitments are supposed to take into account a person's health, so even if found fit for work, these commitments should be tailored to an individual. Although of course experience tells that this unfortunately isn't always the case.

    The DWP really couldnt care about the logistics of a person getting to interviews/hospital/job or anything else.
    People have DIED while waiting for the DWP to get its act in geer and nothing has been done about the people to caurse the problems.
    Even MPs arnt interested in what the DWP has done and WE VOTED FOR THEM
