I been coping with dislocation knee cap 28 years and doctors only just diagnosed it. I currently can't bend my knee.

cant believe, although I do, it took so long to diagnose a dislocating kneecap!0

Wow. I am really sorry to read it has taken the medical profession so long to diagnose hypermobility. I have found some information that might be helpful about Joint Hypermobility Syndrome from the NHS.
