Hi,A worsening of condition must have been there for at least 3 months and you must expect it to last at least a further 9 months. Usually with an operation recovery is expected within those 9 months which is why surgery is done so it helps to improve your conditions. Under these circumstances it's possible you may not qualify for a higher award. Before reporting a worsening of condition then you need to get face to face advice because you will be sent more PIP form, another face to face assessment will be needed, you'll also need to send evidence to support your claim. You could go onto losing everything you already have.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
