Confusing qyestion

Hi guys filling out my pip review frm. One question asks about eating and drinking and the other question the same about nutrients. I know it's a funny question but not entirely knowegeble weather means vitamins and balanced diet.

@charlie79 - if it's the same as the initial application there's 'preparing food' and 'taking nutrition'...
