I suffer in tense moods daily basis
Outrages
Emotionally
Fear of abandonment
Irritability
Relationship difficulties
Continued physiological stress
Self harming
Obsession
Argument outbursts
Chronic anxiety daily
Suicidal
Neuroric episodes
I get paranoid irregularly ie daily
Kant deal with every day issues
Come from a dysfunctional family
Abusive family
Personal hygiene I neglect regularly
I can stop eating for daya
Kant deal with outside issues Goin places alone again need someone with me I need prompted can varie rely on transport taxis if i feel unsafe or if I feel threatened when alone
Spendin alot of time indoors
Fear Goin out fear of bullys to.
Don't feel safe alone due to my self harming and destructive behaviour
I don't feel safe around the kitchen due to my self harming cause of sharp object's can lead to my self cutting my arms I need prompted I don't cook because of my mental health feeling depressed Kant cope with normal daily basis living.

I buy simple ready foods fear of Sharp kitchen appliances can cause danger to myself or others. Fears burning my self to
Walking I suffer feet problem aged 17 they can be very painful muscle stiffness cramps comes on suddenly on resting but varies and either happens in water walkin or sitting or standing varies
If outside I sit down take shoes off some in doors to I to reply on taxis
Also fear of being outside chronic anxiety overwhelming physiological stress I don't feel safe around because of mental health. Borderline personality disorder. Fears of harming my self or fear committing suicide

Hi Sam,I'm sure you said you have a representative for your Tribunal hearing, is that correct? If so then they should have already written your submission letter and sent in to the Tribunal.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
