Call from dwp?

Hello , I recently had my face to face assessment at home for change of circumstances on the next week on Monday I received a call from a lady from dwp saying even though i said my changes were in may she thinks it’s was before that as my circumstance are worse and how’s he will send out a letter with her decision and I should receive it by next week , had anyone had on with of these calls and what does it mean. I’m confused

The DWP lady means you can expect a letter detailing the decision that was made soon in the post. Good luck! Keep us updated.
Have you requested a copy of the assessment report? That is the next thing to do.1 -

Hi,It's possible the decision's already been made, give them a ring tomorrow and if it's been made they'll tell you what it is.0

Hey guys , I got awarded the enhanced rate which is good so that change is good the letter said said they may owe me some money and I’ll get a letter about that. Thanks For everyone’s advice hope u are all well3
