Hi and welcome,As advised on another thread of yours college isn't classed as permitted work. For permitted work you need to get permission to do it before you start, mustn't earn anymore than £131.50 per week and work less than 16 hours per week.Students are different and you need to get some advice from the disabled students helpline. https://www.disabilityrightsuk.org/how-we-can-help/helplines/disabled-students-helplineYou must also tell DWP that you are attending college. All changes must be reported.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help. -
