The survey is to gain information about children with CP and their behaviour from the parents perspective in order to complete our dissertation at York St.John University.
The survey will be anonymous and there is no obligation to complete the survey.
There are some inclusion criteria which will be asked once the survey is accessed and this will either allow the parents to continue or take them to the end of the survey dependent upon their answers.
We estimate that the survey will take approx 10-15 minutes to complete and there is a full explanation of our research project upon accessing the link.

I have commented in the other thread...basically as there is nothing at all about communication in this survey it is not actually very robust at all as significant communication impairment can have a huge impact on all the issues they are asking about...
