Hi all,
We have 2 children a boy and a girl both have global development delay my son also has despraxia and border line add, plus a little bit of sodium valproate.
My daughter has global development delay but worse than her brother, she has also got sodium valproate and other special needs but we are still trying to work out what it is that is ticking at her.
How else apart from going to consulation should know what to do.

Hi @Poppies2323 Apologies if you already know, but I noticed that the Epilepsy Society have been pro-active in raising awareness about mother's taking sodium valproate & the problems this can cause in children.I wonder if they may be able to advise &/support you in getting some answers. Hi @Poppies2323 and a warm welcome to the community! I was just wondering how old your children were? Just so I can provide more specific support.
