Hi there, I need parents and carers opinions-

I am final year occupational therapy student and as part of my course I am designing a product to help children with physical disabilities engage in activities that are important to them and in doing so improving their well-being. 

Theres 8 very short questions and would help this project so much by providing the needed insight of the lived experience, Thank you in advance :)
