I have received a letter with a notice of a compliance telephone interview.
I have been waiting for a decision on overpayment since June.
What is it?
What do they need?
I have provided all info!

Hi,Does it actually state interview under caution on the letter? If it does then it's impossible to tell you why this happening. You could ring the number on the letter and ask and they may tell you more information. As a guess, it could be because they have evidence of something but i'm only guessing i'm afraid.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

i received a letter about a compliance telephone interview and managed to call DWP ESA and they told me there is a decision and I stay in the support group, but there is no capital decision yet. Prob. telephone interview could be to notify me the capital decision that DWP will have ready by 19 nov.
