Does anybody have bpd I’ve been talking to others and I believe I may suffer how can I get reaccessed as I’m at the moment have anxiety disorder and recurring depression

To start with, you are probably best booking a GP appointment, or you could talk to someone who manages your mental health care at the moment.

I’m under The team and have an appointment on 27 dec so I defo will ask thanks cos it does seem I’ve more to me than they diagnose
