    I have been an alcoholic for thirty years.  Now reformed and clean for twelve years.

    Have anxiety and depression.

    Please if I can help with anything. Always supportive to my brothers and sisters of the addiction community. Whether drugs or alcohol. or any thing else addiction.

    Happy to be supportive, ready to listen.  Have compassion and empathy.

    Wealth of knowledge, experience and lots of information and advice. On mental health and addiction. Please ask anything.
