Hi, my name is dirtbag!

in Start here and say hello!
I just turned 50 in June. About five days ago, I woke up and started my day. Around 11 am, all of a sudden, my right leg and arm became heavy, weak and rather uncorrdinated. My equallibrium went south. I don't have any discomfort from pain in my arm or leg. The only discomfort I have is the awkwardness of losing my balance when walking or just standing. I want to see a doctor, but I just wanted to get myself some information, so I'm not freaking out when I DO see my doctor.

    Hi @dirtbag and welcome to the Community.  It is nice to meet you and thank you for sharing with us.  I'm really sorry that you have experienced this episode with your health as I can imagine that it would have been quite frustrating and puzzling for you.  I'm sorry, but we won't be able to advise you on this as we aren't medical experts and you are best to go to see your GP.  I can appreciate that it is quite worrying for you and you want to find out some information, but it is best to get their opinion.  If you are worried would you be able to ask someone to accompany you to your GP appointment?  Please let us know how you get on and I hope you feel better soon.  If you require any further support/help then please just give us a shout.  All the best.  :smile:
