Just another question if that's ok. My partner works and our uc is reduced as it should be is the lcwra element effected by this too0

You're welcome! As you now have LCW then you'll receive a work allowance. How much you'll receive will depend on your circumstances. If you receive the housing element then your work allowance will be £287 per month. If you don't receive the housing element it will be £503 per month. This means that during an assessment period you/your partner will be able to earn that amount of money before you start to receive the deductions. Anything over that amount will be reduced by 63p for everyone £1 earned.
