    Great news. My calculations are that you'll receive the extra LCWRA element in your December payment.

    @poppy123456 that's brilliant. I'm just so happy it's over with now it's quite a stressful process but with being able to get advice and help from yourselves it's been more bearable so thank you and your team once again

    Just another question if that's ok. My partner works and our uc is reduced as it should be is the lcwra element effected by this too

    You're welcome! As you now have LCW then you'll receive a work allowance. How much you'll receive will depend on your circumstances. If you receive the housing element then your work allowance will be £287 per month. If you don't receive the housing element it will be £503 per month. This means that during an assessment period you/your partner will be able to earn that amount of money before you start to receive the deductions. Anything over that amount will be reduced by 63p for everyone £1 earned. Reductions reduce the whole of the UC amount.
