I am trying to help my sister claim for PIP but she has been rejected. She gas also been rejected after the mandatory reconsideration. Our next step is to appeal but she has deteriorated since we first applied. Who can I ask to help us with the appeal?

    Hi,

I'm sorry to hear this. This link will help you know what's available in her local area for face to face advice. https://advicelocal.uk/

However, do be aware that the Tribunal won't take into consideration any worsening of condition since the original decision was made. They will only consider how her conditions affected her when that decision was made.

I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
