I need advice please

I wonder why my 9 years old son cant compose a sentence both talking and writting but he is a good reader when he was 5 years old he knows already how to read but the way he text and takl just word ford only he cant compose exact sentence..

    Hi, my name is Delz
    I wonder about my 9 years old son why still cant make a sentence when he was talking and writting or texting to me and to his mother as well even to other people but he is a good reader when he was 5 year old he knows already how to read, he is already grade 4 student and he is a honor student also in scool..I need your advice please.
