Hi all
Happy Friday!
Just posting regarding Disability Living Allowance. The last time we saw our Paediatrician he said we would be eligible for DLA. Well.....I've been trying to fill the form out ever since (we saw him 2 months ago!!) Currently have given up as finding it so hard to fill in.
Anyone know of any support with filling the form out?
Any help massively appreciated.

Hi @SianOg
The Scope helpline (0808 8003333) maybe a useful point of contact as they have benefit specialists that will be able to advise you on the form over the phone.
Also, the charity Cerebra have created a number of parent guides, including one with a focus on Disability Living Allowance (DLA). Cerebra provide support for families that have a child with a neurological condition such as autistic spectrum conditions, ADHD, cerebral palsy, Down’s syndrome, epilepsy, learning difficulties and others so there is a focus on this but it also provides general information on what to expect from the form and how to complete it. Please see the link below.

As well as this your local Citizen's Advice hub may be a good point of contact as well if you wanted face to face support.
I hope this helps.

Hi @SianOg,
Try and have a look at the attached document. It covers every question and gives suggestions for what they are looking for.

Hi @SianOg, I hope my colleagues have been able to help with this, but please do let us know if there is anything else we can do.
If you wanted to get some face to face advice then you can do so on AdviceLocal.Scope
