Hi I'm Tina suffer with arthritis in my knees and hips also trap nerves in my neck and spine get pain from my neck travels down my arm and back to legs , my arms get pins and needles, having to fight like hell to have basic scans , but still smiling ?

I'm sorry to hear you have arthritis and that you are in pain. I can relate to how you feel as I suffer with chronic pain myself. Is there anything your gp can do to help?
Have you looked on the Internet for tips on gentle exercise at all?
