I've just been diagnosed with FND and wondered what support others have from their employers. Is there anything they can put in place to make working easier. Going back after 8months.

Hi @Tracy1992 -Welcome to the community. I'm sorry that you hadn't had a reply as yet. As far as support going back to work, I don't know much about it, but have read about reasonable adjustments that should be put in place for you.Sending this link for now which may give you a little more information, but others will know more to help you. Hi @Tracy1992 and thank you for your post.
There are some resources that you may find useful:- Reasonable adjustments at work
- Asking for adjustments after becoming disabled.
- Access to Work grant scheme.
- If your employer rejects adjustments.

Hi @Tracy1992 and a very warm welcome to the community! The information provided by @chiarieds and @Han
has been really good and I hope this helps.
You are entitled to reasonable adjustments and please do ask if you need anymore information.
How are you doing at the moment? I know a new diagnosis can come as a shock, especially when FND isn't widely known about.
Please do let us know how you get on and I wish you the best of luck.Scope
