Hello @Chloe_Scope   @Adrian_Scope   thank for lovely kind comments.

Yes the Meatball forget to add any sauce an Meatballs left over. Slice the cooked meatballs add the sauce to a hot dog long bun.

Sandwich Hot Meatball **** better every time.

Plenty of wipes, kitchen towel or in my case a large tea towel around my neck and front as it is too messy.

Great though and Moorish who cares lol.

Hello @mrbuttons   Fantastic I have been using jars a while now . Thought lets have a look.
After all it is tomatoes, herbs, onions and garlic, some times veggies. Thought why not. Saves a lot of time in the kitchen.
Especially good brand of tomatoes Napolina can be expensive.
Then watching Foodnet work one of the cooks used them for Pasta well that got me thinking. On TV .
It is great to use and make your own Pasta Sauce but even me takes a lot of expense and time.
Talking about Pasta Sauces one of the things you can buy are anti Past jars these are vegetables, roasted. Use them to add to a sauce or find jars of Red Roasted Peppers my favourite.
Blitz that up with a Jar great tangy sauce.
    Love your recipe.
Another cheat is to cook the meatball, freeze them then when needed use them as their already cooked.  I used a zip bag even put them into sauce ready to use straight away.
I have seen these Swedish ones as well already cooked, very tasty. In the fridge great for instant Pasta lunch or you could use them . The Classic meatball soup.
Make a veggie soup. Use Soup mixes add Meatballs and some Pasta small shapes or other shapes. Macaroni  a good choice or have some noodles to the soup.
Something to have in a bowl watching Strictly with warm cosy nights.
Thank you for reading and sharing.
    Please take care.
