Anyone know how long I have for a statement of reason and who can help thank you

HI,Have you recently had a Tribunal for PIP? If so then were you refused? I see on another thread of yours you asked about Tribunal questions. If you've been refused or are not happy with their decision then you have 1 month from that date to request the statement of reasons and record of proceedings and you'll need to email HMCTS to request these. Once you receive them you'll need to find someone to take a look to see if an error in law has been made, if it isn't found then you won't be able to appeal the decision.1
