They will always advise anyone to claim UC if you're found fit for work when claiming ESA but i did advise you against claiming this back in July.Good luck with the MR and i hope that you'll be one of those 15% that have the decision changed at that stage, if you're not then it's Tribunal. I'm glad you have the help of welfare rights too.Don't forget to add that quote on your journal.0
