Hi,I won my pip tribunal & dwp have asked for statement of reasons so that they can consider whether to appeal,I am thinking about giving up on it all as i dont think I can cope with another tribunal,it is making me more ill with all the stress & worry,has anyone else been through this,i would appreciate any advice Thanks

HI,They do sometimes request the statement of reasons but it doesn't mean they will appeal the decision. They can't appeal without finding the error in law. As far as i know, they rarely appeal the decision but requesting the SOR can delay receiving backdated money. Hopefully you won't be waiting too much longer than you already have. There's nothing more you can do but wait.0
