Please can I suggest you speak to your support worker. That is there role helping you with benefit enquiries.

I had a support worker from a mental health charity used her all the time for queries, questions and support.

Please if you need anything further please ask.

    Please take care.

Hello @James12th   They will contact you,  I am sure that they do if I recall.

I know they will send one in time

The support worker you have can help you with any of that. Ask her to ring PIP helpline.

    0800 121 4433

Please can I add they are there to help you as I have stated. Useful for form filling in, any thing benefits including attendance of assessments.

I hope it is working for you and not getting the right support. If not please remember you have the right to good care and if it is mental health issues you are being supportive with.

Should be compassionate and have empathy if not use other organisations or charities happy to help.

    I can give other charities.

    I hope that helps you.

    Please take care.
