Appealing outcome

I did not have a face to face assessment as I'm on active treatment for cancer. My assessment report was done on doctors report and what my husband said on phone
He told them I had gone shopping with my daughter (he didn't know how he was speaking to) when all I did was sit a wait in the car. I'm fuming with him as this information may have a disastrous effect.on the report. So I guess I will be appealing
