Hi so we are taking our outcome to appeal at tribunal we sent our appeal off 7 weeks ago this coming Monday. We were told we'd get a letter with all our copies and a tribunal ref number within 5 we haven't around 2 weekd after lodging the appeal we got a letter just informing us they are asking the dwp why they came to this decision. We've heard nothing since no tribunal ref number no copies of forms etc we don't expect a date that quick but did expect something to confirm its lodged
Is this pretty normal how long did it take to get your reference number

Hi,Did you request the appeal online or by sending the SSCS1 form by post? If it was by post then it can take longer. Requesting it online is much quicker.0
