Accessing medical records

Quick question. How can I get copies of my notes from the Community Mental Health Team? Is it the same as accessing your GP notes? Thanks in advance if anyone can help. Have tried Google, but got confused.

This link may help you. https://www.rethink.org/advice-and-information/rights-restrictions/rights-and-restrictions/access-to-health-records/It may not be possible to see all of your records, if they think that some may harm you then they will refuse to let you see them, especially regarding mental health.
