Looking for advice on filling out pip form they suffer from COPD and have eating disorder

    PIP is about the care and or mobility needs that you have not about what you have been diagnosed with, when completing the forms it helps to give examples of when you tried to do something but couldn't, also if you have letters from consultants etc they should be included.Theres a lot of useful info on PIP across the internet.

    HI,

    With as much information as possible and as woodbine has advised, using real life examples of what happened the last time you attempted that activity for each descriptor that applies to you.

    There's never enough of room on those forms to put all the information so use extra sheets of paper but make sure you clearly put your name and NI on everything you send.

    Evidence should be relevant to how your conditions affect you against the PIP descriptors. Sending evidence with a diagnosis, it's the best evidence to send and neither is future appointment letters or piles of medical evidence from your GP because most of it won't be relevant. Less is often more!
