Not too bad thanks Adrian but my injuries have resulted in a slide into depression which is being medicated and I suddenly felt very alone in the world despite being happily married. At that moment, Scope turned up in my
mailbox and I wondered if this could be a chance to feel a little more ‘normal’!!

Well, you're more than welcome here @Strider. Are you getting much in the way of mental health support besides medication?

‘afraid not!  My GP only really considers the physical symptoms and tries to treat them empirically. As far as mental and emotional support is concerned, my darling wife takes the load.

Hi again @Strider - I'm sorry to read your GP isn't helping with your mental health. I'm going to ask my friend @thespiceman for his help,as he has some good resources.
