Constant pain in my back and legs, advice please

Hi I'm Julie 52 I have 4 herniated discs 3 damaged nerves and periferal nerve damage also have stage 1 COPD and asthma x I Am in constant pain in my back and legs dispite taking strong pain killers any tips to elevate this pain would be greatly helpful please x
