Advice on pain relief?

Hi ive had hs for 4 years and im struggling with the pain. Its in my groin area so walking,sitting and standing are painful. I also have chrons diesese. It has really is taking its toll on my day to day life. Does anyone have any advice on pain relief ?

    I am very very sorry to hear about your current problems.

    Can you please let me know if if you are seeing any Medical Professionals ???

    Sorry but we don’t have any Medical People here on our site.

    We can offer you help/advice instead though if that would help????

    Yes I have got Chronic Pain 24/7 & I’m on a number of drugs (Max)
