Hi,No, this isn't classed as a change of circumstances that will prompt a claim for UC. If you are no longer entitled to tax credits, it will just end.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

I've still got a 8 year old. Claiming it for him. Thanks for telling me.

No problem. Your tax credits will just be reduced, as well as your child benefit.

Universal credit shouldn't be on going it's not fit for purpose there's going to be further deaths further agony for people poverty and what I don't understand why people voted for such a government
-
And rent arrears food banks omg what a country. Its an evil benefit and comes from an evil tory government who only want to cut people's benefits for there own pocket it should be scrapped there's nothing wrong with the old system
-
And the dole staff say there qualified to tell people there for yo work that's a joke
-
Hi @Poppy12, I'm sorry to hear this. Is there anything further we can do to help?
