Hi I am Bridget24. My daughter is in her early 20s and is Cerebral Palsy. She is new to Kent and is at home a lot. Is there a social group that gets together in Kent where she could meet people of a similar age?

Hi @Bridget24
Great to meet you and welcome to the community.Have you heard of Outsiders?
I heard some very positive things about the peer support that people have been able to get from attending their events etc

Hello and welcome!
Does she love art? If so, this website will be useful https://www.craftcourses.com/
It has information on all art courses across all regions of Britain.0 -
Hi @Bridget24, have you been able to find anything helpful?
You might find there is a group on MeetUp which she might enjoy.

Thank you April2018mom
I will get her to have a look at the craft courses and see which she might be able to do. It would be a good way of meeting people.
