Hi @aaydelo, this sounds really interesting! Did you have a specific sport in mind?

    Hi @aaydelo
Good to meet you. I have also replied to your similar post.
Exercise has been proven to be extremely beneficial to people with CP. I attend a local gym that has personal trainers with experience and knowledge of disability. I have found that this has made a big difference to my overall experience and of course motivation!

    Hi @aaydelo
Thank you for your post, it sounds really interesting. I joined the local gym for a period of time and they designed a personal gym programme for me to follow. I also play wheelchair basketball there which is really good for both my physical and mental health as well as being lots of fun. As a child, I found it difficult to access disability sport but this is slowly changing as an adult. I also have an interest in how disability sport is implemented in the education system. Is there a particular sport you are interested in? Thank you.

    Hi @aaydelo
    How are you?
It might be useful for you to contact our friends at CP Sport to see how they champion inclusivity in sport and exercise.
